Holly had an early career in banking then customer service and latterly within a property services group and decided to follow her heart into a care role, joining us in 2016 as a part of the care team.
As Client coordinator Holly has 2 key tasks both supporting our clients and staff. Holly is responsible for our scheduling to ensure we maintain our record of getting to every client within 10 minutes of the allotted time, with the right carers.
She also makes first contacts to new clients who want to know how we might help them and so is often a client’s first contact. As a client you will no doubt hear from Holly to make sure we manage your care times and needs.
When she isn’t juggling hundreds of scheduling changes a day, she enjoys her family, her garden and a nice dinner with friends.
